A little about Cathy
Cathy Bezek, a native Californian, moved to the beautiful Central Coast in 1994. She began her career in the real estate profession in South Orange County in 1991. Prior to this and right out of college, she worked for United Parcel Service for 15 years. When she retired from UPS, she was one of the few female Operational Divisional Managers in the company and managed for over 1500 hourly and supervisory employees in the LA area.
Cathy transferred the many excellent skills she learned while working at UPS to her real estate career. These skills assisted her in becoming the successful real estate professional she is today. She has received many achievement awards throughout her career. Her goals are always her client’s goals and she works tenaciously to achieve the results they are looking for. She really enjoys working with her clients, getting to know them and their families.
On a personal note, Cathy lives in Edna Valley where she has the space for her three horses and two cats. She is the Volunteer Coordinator for Miller’s Equestrian Center & Sanctuary, a local non-profit horse rescue organization. She is also a member of the Landscape Committee and Horse Committee in the development where she lives.
